Investor services channels:

Shareholder services are provided by the Retail Branch network of Itaú Unibanco through the dedicated Service Channel for Investors and by the Digital Channels.

To access information online, checking account holders can use Bankline, while others can obtain information from the website of Itaú Corretora.

For telephone inquiries, investor services are available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on business days at the following numbers:

0800 720 9285 for other regions.

Information about Shareholder Services Channels, as well as detailed instructions on transfer requests, donation of shares, updates to shareholder records and other procedures are available at the website of Itaú Securities Services.

For online queries about book-entry shares held at Itaú:
Checking Account holders: Go to, menu Investimentos > Ações escrituradas pelo Itaú.
Others: Go to, select the tab Não Correntista > Quero me cadastrar and follow the instructions. Query is possible only after you create the login and password, and confirm your registration.
After registration, queries can be made through the menu Carteira > Escrituração de Ações.
